UK Mainland
We offer a range of delivery options to suit you and how quickly you need your goods.
Our Standard Delivery Service is charged at £2.95 per order and covers the UK Mainland only. Items sent via this method are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post or 2-Day Courier service depending on the size of your order.
Our Express Delivery Service is charged at £4.50 per order and covers the UK Mainland only. Items sent via this method are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post or Next Day Courier service depending on the size of your order.
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 48 hours of receipt and as such we would expect you to receive your order within 3-5 working days for the standard delivery and 2-3 working days for express delivery.
All Express Delivery orders will require a signature on receipt. If you are not at home at the time of delivery you will be carded, and you will need to either collect your item(s) or arrange for another delivery at a time to suit you. Please note that all the Royal Mail and our Courier company will only hold undelivered items for 7 days, before they are returned to us, so please get in contact with them as soon as possible. If we receive back any uncollected items, we will require another delivery charge to resend your order to you.
Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
We try to keep our postage surcharges and extras to a minimum. However we aren't able to offer the Standard Delivery Service to all our customers for all orders, paritcularly when sending out larger or more buiky item(s).
Orders being sent to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Island are subject to different delivery charges and are calculated based on the weight of your order.
For smaller orders weighing under 1kg in weight, you will be charged £2.95 for delivery,
For any orders over 1kg and under 10kg the charge will be £9.95.
If your order is over 10kg, we will give you a call to let you know the additional costs involved in shipping your order to you. It is then entirely up to you how to proceed with the order. You can either go ahead or politely tell us 'thanks but no thanks' in which case we'll cancel your order.
